just install it in ya ao folder
(default: C:\Programs\Funcom\Anarchy Online\ )

to use it just type "/mummussoundbag"
in game without the quotes.
and click the one u want.

if u find one that u like very much and want 
to use it regulary, make a macro:
type "/macro someletters /voice thename"
